The neighbor's house

It doesn't snow here much.  I heard it was like .3 of an inch average per year.  I remember some dusting of snow our first winter here.  February of 2012 we ended up with around 6 inches...  So, we really shouldn't be surprised that it snowed again.  Thank you, Global Warming??  We had about 4 inches of dry snow.  It was super cold - in the teens for about 3 days - so the snow didn't melt away.
